An Afternoon in SoHo

Leather leggings, where have you been all my life? During our time in SoHo we stopped into the Aritzia store on Broadway and I had some fun with their staff, styling a few cold weather looks for NYC. These faux leather leggings, thick knit sweater, and bomber jacket were the perfect pieces to layer with over a plain tee while running around the city that day. Lunch and a sweet treat at Maman hit the spot before shopping around a bit more and meeting with friends for coffee. For the most part it was a pretty laid back day and the chill in the air reminded us why we loved New York this time of year so much. We ended up heading back to Long Island during rush hour for a family dinner, and in true New York fashion dashed from our cab in the middle of bumper to bumper traffic to catch our train. Running through Penn Station definitely brought back some memories for us. Haha!Read More
