We finally got a chance to check out Provision Coffee, a local coffee shop in town, the other day. It’s been on our list for quite some time now and we are so happy we finally went! We were a little upset it took us so long to try it out, as our friend used to be a barista there and we never got to visit him at work before he moved to California. Anytime we bumped into him, he always had positive things to say about the place. Well, we finally took his advice and grabbed some coffee and pastries there. We took refuge from the sun inside their bright white space, with big open windows. We love the outdoors, but this time of year, you just need to escape the heat a bit, and relax in the AC as much as possible. We both ordered honey vanilla lattes, which were perfect to sip on while chatting about the upcoming week and admiring the pretty finishes in the coffee shop. We were loving those hanging geometric light pendants!
We’ve mentioned it once before, but prior to moving to Arizona, we weren’t really “shorts people”. We’ve just never been huge fans of summer style, but little by little we’ve eased our way into it. Simple tanks, denim shorts, and open toe shoes are kind of my uniform these days. It’s easy, comfortable, and let’s face it — the least amount of clothes you can wear next to a bathing suit. I recently picked up a few of these tanks from Madewell in different colors while my mom and sister were in town, and I have a feeling I’ll be wearing them quite a bit. Accessories usually play a bigger role when putting together outfits in the summer…gold bangles, pendant necklaces, and watches. Cluse’s new marble face watch is becoming a favorite…just when I thought the marble obsession couldn’t grow anymore, I was wrong. Haha! I always love their simple approach to timepieces. Check out more of their styles here.
