We’ve been fans of Studio McGee for quite some time now. Her neutral and comfortable design approach can lend itself to so many styles: traditional, farmhouse and even southwest. She currently released a new collection with Target, so naturally I had to browse. Below I rounded up a few items that caught my eye, specifically these baskets for Ollie’s room.

Some of my favorite memories from my childhood are the perfectly imperfect ones…the messy moments that weren’t anything extraordinary at first glance, but proved to be very special looking back. Every holiday season leading up to Christmas I would bake cookies with my mom and sisters. My dad would work late, so it always felt like a big event when we got to stay up late and  gather in the kitchen with my mom and all her baking supplies.

So excited to pick back up our M A K E R S  S E R I E S today with Jennifer from JUNO. Over the last few years, I started collecting Jennifer’s pottery as I was initially drawn to her warm hues and earthy textures. Personally I love learning about other people’s creative processes, especially women and now even more specifically: mothers.
