We cooked up something fun with Le Creuset for the holidays this year and planned a little holiday brunch inspired by the gift of color! What was on the menu? A bunch of sweets and pops of color from pink stoneware to lush garland and ruby red pomegranate seeds. I love the idea of celebrating with friends this time of year and bringing everyone together. I feel like this season always brings out a desire to make more time for each other and enjoy those special moments, no matter how crazy the holidays can be. We all have to eat at some point, so getting friends together for a dinner or brunch seems to work out well for us.
Creating this holiday brunch with Le Creuset had me in dreamland! All of the pieces from their Sugar Pink Collection are so lovely and fit perfectly with the new color scheme we went with in our kitchen and dining room. Their Sorbet Collection is full of sweet pastel hues and soft tones. I was excited to use these cute mini cocotte pots, which were a kind gift from our dear friend Jeanine who is the creator of one of our favorite sites: Love & Lemons. If you’re looking for some holiday recipe inspiration, definitely check her out. I can’t wait for her to receive some goodies from us in the mail too!
We’ve been baking up a storm over here lately. There’s something about the smell of cinnamon and brown sugar this time of year that just makes the holidays feel right, so I knew I wanted to feature some simple but festive recipes in our holiday brunch. Le Creuset’s pink Au Gratin dish (I used it for our cinnamon buns) and Dutch Oven (I love that you can put it in the oven or use it on the stove), have been getting a lot of use around here. We also made crunchy blackberry and cinnamon apple cocottes too! So easy and tasty!

I always feel like I lean towards gifts for the home when buying for our couple friends and parents too! It’s such an easy joint gift and who doesn’t love thinking with their stomachs? 😉 Our hearts are definitely in the kitchen during the holidays!
Check out some of our favorites from Le Creuset below and their Holiday Gift Guide for some more ideas! Don’t forget to take a peek at our video too! We had so much fun creating this!
What are some special ways you make time for loved ones during the holidays?

That Le Crueset tea kettle is so cute!
So is your outfit! Where is your skirt and sweater from?
Oh I love that post! When I bought my own Le Creuset I was so excited! And I like so much using it. Every meal seem so easy and tasty when I use it!
Regards from Switzerland (funny how some things don’t change regardless from where you come from)
So fun! Also, that skirt is EVERYTHING. Would you mind sharing where it’s from?
