Holiday style is without a doubt our favorite and we’re getting into the spirit early this year. We have some holiday parties coming up and a trip or two up North to colder weather, so we’re excited to welcome in the rich hues, extra layers, and cozy knits. There’s something that feels so special about it all and getting dressed up with your partner or family just gives you a good feeling. I’ve been feeling rather nostalgic lately, if you haven’t realized from our last few posts and I guess it’s just what the holidays do to ya. 😉 We have many embarrassing holiday photos with our siblings in matching outfits. We weren’t too fond of the tradition back in the day, but now we cherish those crazy photos filled with velour pants and rhinestone/beaded sweaters… ha! For most, the holidays are the time to dress up, get a little extra snazzy in that blazer or dress. Or when you thrown on that festive sweater while finding your Christmas tree or devouring endless amounts of holiday cookies a bit of egg nog. Some may say it’s too early to think about the holiday season, but for us this feels like the first real Christmas in our home (after moving in around Thanksgiving last year and getting a little crazy with the holiday rush), so we really wanted to take our time to enjoy it all a little early this year…the decorations, the food, the outfits and all!
