It’s no secret I’ve been a fan of Sézane for quite some time now. We have had the pleasure of working closely with the brand over the course of the last year and just when I think they can’t get any better, they release a new collection that is innovative yet still somehow retains their classic feel and nod to years past. Their bags and shoes are some of the most well made pieces in my closet and I was thrilled to visit their librairie while we were in Paris.
With a clever concept of mixing leather goods, vintage books, and a cozy area to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, I instantly fell in love with the librairie. I immediately envisioned what I have heard about the Bloomsbury group and their home in Sussex. If you’re unfamiliar with the story and house it’s where some of the great artists and writers of the early 20th century gathered and created. The history has always intrigued me and this little boutique in Paris, reminded me of the stories I read with colorful books, mixed medium artwork on the walls, and fresh colognes filling the space.
Here’s a peek at the space…
…and a few of their Spring favorites I’m currently loving:
What a gorgeous shop! Such a stunning space, it must have been incredible getting to visit. I love the little cafe there too!Tessa at Bramble & Thorn.
Beautiful collection, space and brand! Thanks for introducing Sezane to me!
Where did you get your cute burgundy overall skirt from?
Thanks Danielle. It’s from Sézane, a few seasons back. 🙂 They might still have something similar.
