If you follow along with us on instagram or snapchat, you’ve probably seen we just moved in to a new apartment! Slowly but surely, we’re getting settled in to our new place and are getting acquainted with the neighborhood.  The last two weeks have been a little chaotic, so yesterday it was nice to get out and just have a coffee date.  We threw on some favorite new threads from Bridge & Burn and out the door we went!

One of the things we love most about Phoenix is the abundance of coffee & tea shops.  When we moved out of New York, everyone joked…”good luck finding good coffee…good bagels…good chinese food”.  The list goes on! But there are so many great locally owned shops here and we can’t seem to get enough of them!

Yesterday we tried out Songbird Coffee & Tea House for the first time. The cute little yard in the front is so charming and the bright green accents really drew us in.  We were pleasantly surprised with their abundant tea list, (which you don’t see too often) as most places only cater to coffee.  Our drinks of choice were: jasmine green tea and a classic latte.  Afterward, we walked around town a bit, as it was surprisingly comfortable out for summer in Phoenix.  It was a pretty sweet little afternoon.
