We had the pleasure of attending the opening event of Madewell’s new store at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, AZ, hosted by the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art. 10% of all sales were donated to benefit the museum’s programming.
We arrived early on, but it seemed the party was already in full swing, with sweet treats being served, glasses being raised in “cheers”, and some shopping going on, all with some great music spinning in the background (Best Coast remixes? Yes please!).  The store looked amazing, with every new handbag and sandal style in stock (my weakness).  It was so fun to meet the staff and chat with everyone there.  We really enjoyed hearing about all the current concepts and seeing the new spring & summer trends.

Ah man, how they seem to make simple, clean outfits look beyond stylish is beyond me. I would buy out all of Madewell if it didn’t bankrupt me. Also, that little plate of desserts- I’d follow that guy around like a dog, haha 🙂
