In a recent survey on instagram stories, you guys told us that you wanted to see more home decor posts and more specifically posts on pottery and ceramics. I rounded up some favorite earthy and terra-cotta ceramic pieces from around our home that really help elevate any corner of your home. If you’re looking for that perfectly imperfect natural hued ceramic vase, or terra-cotta planter to up your shelfie game, I got you covered. 😉
Take a look below and keep your eyes out for more posts like this one. We really value sharing the work of individual and local designers, so there will be many more posts diving into the makers we admire. 1 – Tall Natural Vase – this was an instant favorite.
– Flower Pot with Water Cache – Love how this is all one piece of clay, made in Portland OR.
– Speckled Vase – This vase is the centerpiece on our dining table. We use it as a structural piece, without flowers and I think it stands on its own quite beautifully.
– Wall Sculpture – Once I saw this piece from West Elm, I wanted to buy it. Very into the mix of wood and ceramic elements here.
– Hanging Totems – Another favorite from West Elm…I love how they support so many local artists and give them a larger platform to share their talents.
– Ceramic Diffuser – such a fun one from Jenni Kayne…a ceramic piece with natural oils for an earthy scent.
– Ceramic Moon Bottle – Perfect for upping your olive oil game on the counter!
– West Perro Desert Wall Hanging – We’re such fans of West Perro, from hats to ceramics, Jimmy is the real deal and we’re proud to share his desert pieces daily.
– Retro Water Pitcher – Obsessed with this Kati Von Lehman water pitcher, in the most perfect retro yellow/green hue.
– Stone Tapered Candle Holder – Such a simple piece, but I really love the organic shape. We recently added this candlestick holder right by our bathtub in our master bathroom.
– Oval Sandstone Vase – Anything we’ve ever bought from Jenni Kayne has been of beautiful quality. This vase is such a soft, natural color.
– Clay Knot Decorative Piece – Love everything by Sin…just beautiful organic pieces, that elevate any space.
– Cosmic Terracotta Planter – We have this piece on our bookcase, used as a planter, but its also a good catchall, makeup brush holder, etc.
– Olive Bowl Set – A lot of the natural ceramics floating around there are pretty minimal, which I’m a big fan of, but I love how this artist adds a bit of Santorini flare to her work.
– Narrow Terracotta Vase – Simple and sleek, this piece is handmade in Mexico City. We have dried flowers from our anniversary in this vase in our hallway and everytime I pass it, it makes me smile.
