It’s been a while since we last shared an Etsy round up. I love the website for so many reasons. Its been so fun to find unique pieces for our home and independent designers on the platform, that we wanted to share a few we’ve been loving. Being back in the desert and spending some uninterrupted time at home between trips has really made us remember how much we love the easy going way of living here. Every time we’re back home, I get into full nesting mode which usually involves thumbing through old magazines and books for inspiration, surfing the web for some new favorite looks, and falling back into myself again.
Last weekend, we had a slow day that I very happily spent curled up with some tea and my computer and found some new-to-me designers I’m completely in love with. I’m excited to team up with Etsy on this post and share some independent Etsy shops worth checking out.
LAUREN WINTER CO.
To kick things off, here’s a few photos featuring my new favorite outfit from Lauren Winter. I might just wear this everyday, so fair warning. 😉 I found (well actually, Rob found…) her Portland based shop, Lauren Winter Co. on Etsy and we both fell in love with the minimal approach to quality clothing. She uses 100% organic cotton and her packaging is even made with recyclable materials. Lauren was incredibly kind with helping me choose the right fabric for my skin tone and the AZ climate.
Every year I like to invest in a few pieces from a new-to-me designer, like Lauren. I know pieces like these will get use season after season and can be passed down, which I love. This jumpsuit is on my radar next.
ROBBIE MOTO
This shop was recommended to us on Instagram, and I’m so glad it was. Based in Sacramento, CA, Robbie Moto is run by two powerful ladies with an eye for design. Together they create handmade leather wallets to keep everything you need organized. This envelope wallet is perfect for throwing in my bag or as a cute clutch.
Their passport case and two-tone iPhone wallet are really pretty too.
A few other shops I love…
OLD NEW HOUSE
You might remember seeing some of Old New House’s pretty vintage rugs in our home in some past posts. (See here) We have several rugs from Melissa and Dave and are always checking their page for updates on new and unique vintage finds. The New York based couple does such an amazing job curating their online shop and anytime we have ordered from them, everything has arrived in impeccable condition. Take a peek at some current favorites: one, two, three.
FIELD DAY GOODS
We both fell in love with this Canadian home goods shop. They have such a clean and minimal aesthetic that we are drawn to time and time again. I’m eyeing these cherry wood bread boards for the new kitchen. 🙂
GOLDEN BISCOTTI
With local production in Switzerland and a focus on sustainable goods, this shop is a minimalist’s dream and at a really reasonable price point too. All of their ceramics look so beautiful. I love the ombre bowls and simple white vase.
What about you guys? Any favorite Etsy shops we should know about? Share them with us!
