Happy weekend everyone! Things were a little quiet on the blog this week, so we wanted to share this photo set from not too long ago. The week before we left for SF and NY, the weather in AZ was pretty dreamy and I was inspired to shoot a fall look with this cozy off the shoulder top from UO. I haven’t been in the store in a while and was pleasantly surprised with this sweet little knit. I also picked up this cardigan too and wore it non-stop in NY. Also, if you guys are on the hunt for the perfect pair of high-rise, vintage/mom jeans, check out this pair from Reformation. I usually opt for UO’s girlfriend style but they’ve been sold out in every other wash in my size for quite some time now, so I finally went ahead and ordered these from Reformation. The denim is a little stiff at first, but then they mold to your body. Love them!
Anyway, a little life update: it feels good to back home after a crazy few days last week. There’s something about settling back into a space that always gives me a bit of anxiety…suitcases are everywhere, the mail and laundry have piled up, and everyone is getting back into the swing of things. I think Henry eased back into his routine the best. He’s so good that little one. This last trip wasn’t a long one, but it definitely felt like we were away for a while and I’m having a hard time feeling settled again. Don’t get me wrong, we had a ton of fun catching up with family and friends, and attending some events, which I’m looking forward to sharing more about real soon. I think I just have a lot on my to-do list and a bunch I want to get done this weekend, that I’m having a rough time organizing it all mentally. Anyone ever feel like that? We have a busy day today, but I’m hoping to spend some time on Sunday at our go-to coffee shop (it’s been a while) with a stack of magazines and endless treats. 😉
Hope you all have a great weekend and enjoy some time outdoors! It’s been beautiful lately!

I always have a hard time getting back into the swing of things after traveling. I don’t know how I would do it if I traveled as much as you guys do! Going on trips is so much fun, but trying to get back into the real world of responsibilities is so difficult, it usually takes me a couple of days at least! Of course, I’m also a procrastinator, and that doesn’t help anything 😉 Also, that top is adorable! I’m loving off the shoulder so much this year, but I don’t have any fall pieces like that yet.
